When will you ship my order?
"In Stock-Ready To Ship" items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
"Custom Engraved/Personalized" Items will be shipped within 7-10 days or sooner, after specs/layouts are confirmed.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on weight. Faster delivery is available at extra cost.
We will contact you if there is any delay in shipping your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship only within the United States.
What are your shipping & handling charges?
Order $ Total Up to $100 - $7.25
Order $ Total $100 - $250 - $10.50
Order $ Total $250 - $500 - $14.50
Over $500 is $2 more per $100 ordered.
Some larger orders of heavy products (such as marble and acrylic) may carry additional charges. We will advise prior to production/shipment.
What are your Quantity Discounts?
Our quantity discounts start at 50 or more items.
All of our products combine to meet the quantity discount categories!
Our online shopping cart will automatically deduct your discount at time of checkout,
but you do not have to order online to receive these discounts.
- 50 or more products = 5% off
- 100 or more products = 10% off
- 250 or more products = 15% off
- 500 or more products = 20% off

Will you accept a purchase order?
We do accept purchase orders from schools, nursing homes, hospitals and government agencies. Our terms are Net 30 days.
Can you tell me more about your lapel pins?
Our pins all have tie tack/clutch attachment backs, except our Diamond Years of Service Pin which has a locking safety pin. They are packed in individual poly bags. For pin presentation boxes, click here. Pins are grouped on our site by subject category.
What if you are short/out of part of my order?
All items are stocked for immediate shipment. If we are temporarily out of any part of your order, we will contact you prior to shipping.
We just want to order one of your items to see if we like it. Do you have a minimum order size?
We have no minimum order size.
Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes, and now all items combine for quantity discounts. For more information, click here.

How do I order engraved items?
To order online, you will specify engraving text and other instructions once you reach the checkout page. You can also download our order form and then fax or mail it to us. See our ordering custom items page.
What if I need to return a product after I receive it?
Recognition Engraving & Awards holds a 30-day return policy. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us.
