Online Ordering
To order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will place the item on your order form. It can always be removed from the order form by clicking the "Delete Items" button. The default quantity is 1, to change it to the quantity desired, click on the "Modify Cart" button. To submit the final order form, click on the "Submit Secure Order" button at the end of the check out process.
We do not have a minimum order. If we are temporarily out of an item, we will contact you immediately. Our goal is to deliver excellent quality products and service - every day.
Quantity Discounts
We have simplified and enhanced our discount schedule for orders of 50 or more items. You can now save on orders for any mixed products. All items in our product catalogs can now be combined to receive quantity discounts!
Our online shopping cart will automatically deduct your discount at time of checkout.
- 50 or more = 5% off
- 100 or more = 10% off
- 250 or more = 15% off
- 500 or more = 20% off

Ordering Custom Engraved/Personalized Items
When ordering online, you will specify engraving text at the Checkout page. To order by fax, download our order form below.

Choosing a Font

Print order form or contact us and we'll fax you one. You can also e-mail your instructions to info@awardshere.com.
- Enter item #, quantity etc. on order form
- Sketch layout, list names etc. on separate sheet if needed
- Choose the font styles you prefer. If you like, you can let us do this for
you. We will do our best to make your items look great. You can have one font for the main copy and another for names or Company name.

Pricing and Logos
All prices shown include engraving. To add your Company logo, there is a
one time $49.00 set up fee. Thereafter your logo can be included free. You can also use our free stock designs (no set up or engraving fee) to enhance your awards & gifts.

Logo Artwork Requirements
To reproduce your Company/Organization logo to high quality standards, we require excellent quality, high resolution images. Please email your logo/design - preferably in .tif or .bmp formats, although other formats may work just as well. After reviewing it, we will contact you to review the item design and layout details before proceeding.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and money orders. Purchase orders will be accepted from schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and government agencies. Credit worthy businesses & organizations can use a purchase order on approval. Our terms are Net 30 days. Established accounts with a good pay history can be billed.
Delivery
"In Stock-Ready To Ship" items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
"Custom Engraved/Personalized" Items will be shipped within 7-10 days or sooner, after specs/layouts are confirmed.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on weight. Faster delivery is available at extra cost.
We will contact you if there is any delay in shipping your order.
Shipping & Handling Charges within United States
Order $ Total Up to $100 - $7.25
Order $ Total $100 - $250 - $10.50
Order $ Total $250 - $500 - $14.50
Over $500 is $2 more per $100 ordered
Some larger orders of heavy products (such as marble and acrylic) may carry additional charges. We will advise prior to production/shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return or exchange policy. If you need to return something, please call us at 800-742-1854 for mailing information.
